10 Minute Practice
Before we begin this grounding meditation, take a few moments to prepare your space. Choose a quiet environment where you can relax without interruption. Sit upright or lie down—whichever position allows your body to soften and your breath to deepen. You may wish to have a blanket, cushion, or grounding object like a stone or crystal nearby.
For the most immersive experience, we recommend using headphones. The quality of presence you bring to this meditation will deepen your meditation.
Keep a journal or notebook close. After the meditation, take time to reflect. Grounding isn’t just about stillness—it’s about listening deeply to what your body, mind and soul are communicating.
Reflection Questions:
- What did you notice in your body, mind, or energy?
- What felt supportive or nourishing?
- What felt challenging or resistant?
This is your sacred space to root in, release, and return to your center. Let’s begin.
