Integrative Mental Health to help you align with your highest authentic self
Life is messy and can be unpredictable, but when you build inner awareness and strength, you are in a much better position to weather the storms that life may blow your way. Aligning with your soul’s path through inner awareness and knowing helps create balance and self trust. This allows you to navigate and create the life of your dreams and to stay centered when life gets difficult.
Coaching focuses on identifying and releasing the blocks that keep you from your true self—stripping away the layers of conditioning and wounds that are not the true you. It is about building a deep connection to your soul. When you align with your soul, your life path becomes clearer, and accessing your true potential feels effortless.
Looking at the world today, it is evident that much of what humanity is creating stems from a low level of consciousness, leading to harm for ourselves, nature, and the planet. This is because, while humans are powerful manifestors, most manifest primarily from the Ego. The Ego is shaped by conditioning and past wounds, and as a result, what most people manifest is driven by fear, inadequacy, lack, and pain. The Ego, unable to fully acknowledge the impact of its creations, often does not care if what it manifests harms the whole—as long as it benefits the individual or group it identifies with. This mindset has contributed to the many social and environment issues that we face.
The good news is that when you align with your soul and choose the spiritual path, you become a more conscious and powerful manifestor. This is because, when you manifest from your soul, you are in harmony with the vibrational frequency of a universal life force energy and the planet itself. The tools you will learn in coaching will enable you to become a more powerful manifestor, offering you the ability to create a life that is meaningful and serves a greater purpose.
Meditation is essential to creating emotional freedom. There is now abundant evidence demonstrating that mindfulness and meditation are strongly linked to improved mental health and emotional stability. We encourage all clients to use the HeartMath app and meditation device in order to establish a consistent meditation practice and greater heart-brain coherence.
Meditation doesn’t have to be long or complicated—becoming proficient at entering a meditative (alpha brain wave) state for just 5 minutes a day has scientifically proven benefits.
The meditative state activates your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and rest. MRI studies have shown that during this state, the brain functions more coherently, allowing you to tap into higher intelligence and intuition. Additionally, regular meditation helps you reclaim control from the mind or ego, allowing a more soul-centered aspect of yourself to take the lead. This shift enhances your ability to make life decisions mindfully and from a place of alignment with your true self.
Mindfulness is the practice of staying present with your experience, emotions, and senses in daily life. Different practices, such as guided meditations, walking meditation, body scans, and continuum of awareness exercises, can strengthen your mindfulness skills.
Particularly in the Western world, many live their lives locked in their thoughts, and repetitive loops of thinking. Awareness is focused on these thoughts, which in turn creates and perpetuates a large part of their experience. Being mindful and in the moment helps break the cycles of thought, connects you back to a broader and richer experience, and allows you to create a new and different experience. Particularly, after experiencing trauma, our minds can get stuck in trauma loop patterns that keep the body in fight and flight. This narrows the scope of our perceptions and ability to make new and different choices. Grounding the body, mind, and senses in the “here and now” enables us to help bring the body back into homeostasis, regulate our emotions, and break thought and behavior patterns that no longer serve us.
For knowledge to transform into true wisdom, it must be embodied. Likewise, for trauma to heal, the energetic patterns created by the trauma in the body must be unwound. Intuitive embodiment is a powerful practice that help bring the body into alignment with the mind and heart, facilitating the release of trauma, conditioning, and outdated patterns.
When we are disconnected from our bodies, navigating life can become challenging. Embodiment is a playful, enjoyable practice designed to help clients reconnect with their body. Using music and guided suggestions, clients lean into movements that feel good, natural, and supportive. This may start with gentle stretching on the floor, but as they become more comfortable, it evolves into free-flowing movement, including dancing, running, jumping, and even vocalizing. Think of embodiment as a way to reconnect with a more intuitive, childlike part of yourself—where movement is not constrained by societal expectations, but flows from a place of inner freedom and joy.
Breathwork is a practice combining conscious connected breathing with guided visualization and intention-setting and is essential for releasing trapped energy, such as trauma and suppressed memories.
Bringing consciousness to the body and cultivating safety and ease within is essential for healing and overall wellness. Transformational breathwork, in particular, is a deeply immersive experience. This practice combines conscious connected breathing with guided visualization and intention-setting. As clients move through a series of deep, rhythmic breaths, oxygen flows into the body, energizing stagnant areas. This helps release trapped energy—such as trauma, suppressed memories, and dissociated material—so it can be felt, processed, and released. The healing potential of breathwork is immense, offering profound benefits similar to those of psychedelics. Breathwork sessions are offered using audio guided instruction with attention to set and setting.
But the true transformation happens in the integration.
It is through grounding, reflection, and intentional support that insights become embodied wisdom, and moments of awakening become grounded and lead to lasting change.
I help clients gently weave these expanded experiences into their everyday life. Whether you’re navigating a recent journey, a powerful breathwork session, or a spiritual opening that arrived unexpectedly, integration offers space to make meaning of what emerged—to understand, stabilize, and apply the healing that has begun.
My integration work is rooted in warmth, presence, nervous-system safety, and soul-level care, and utilizes meditation, mindfulness, intuitive movement, and other modalities to help the nervous system “land” and embody the new expanded state. Together, we bring what you’ve seen, felt, or remembered into a grounded, embodied, and empowered path forward.
