Yoga Nidra

35 Minutes

Welcome to this guided Yoga Nidra practice, also known as “yogic sleep.” Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditation done lying down, where you’ll be guided into a state of profound relaxation between waking and sleep. In this space, the nervous system can reset, the subconscious mind opens, and healing naturally unfolds.

Please find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down undisturbed. Use a blanket, bolster, or eye mask if you wish. Headphones are recommended for a more immersive experience. Keep a notebook or journal nearby for reflection afterward.

Reflection Questions:
  • What did you notice as you moved through the layers of awareness?
  • Where did your body feel most relaxed? Most tense?
  • What images, emotions, or insights arose?
  • How did your state of mind shift from beginning to end?

Yoga Nidra is not about doing—it’s about receiving. Allow this journey to gently return you to your inner sanctuary of peace.
